Fiona O'Carroll is one of the most recognisable faces on Irish TV thanks to her role as Maria Brown on Mrs Brown's Boys.
Fiona stars on the show alongside her famous father Brendan O'Carroll as well as other family members since it's incarnation and has become a much-loved character over the years.

Fiona is from Dublin and was born on September 14 1980, making her 41 years old.
TV Career
Fiona works as an actress and producer and is known best for starring as Maria Brown on Mrs Brown's Boys. Her character comes from a posh and wealthy family and is married to Agnes' son Dermot (Paddy Houlihan), and mother to sons John, George and Ringo.
Fiona has starred in each of the BBC sitcom's series, as well as Mrs Brown's Boys D'Movie and the spin-off chat show All Round to Mrs Brown's.
Away from her father's hit comedy, Fiona starred in 2014 ITV drama The Widower.

Is Fiona O'Carroll married?
Fiona is married to her co-star and television producer Martin Delany, who plays Trevor Brown on the show. The couple got married in 2006 in front of their family and friends. Earlier this year, Fiona shared a never before seen picture from her wedding day to Martin as she posed with her mum Doreen.

Family heartbreak
The TV favourite is named after her aunt Fiona, who is also Brendan's sister, and the O'Carrolls were heartbroken when she passed away last year. Brendan and wife Jenny flew to Canada, where she lived, and got see visit her before she died. Paying tribute to his beloved sister, the comic said that he learned a lot from her and she was an exceptionally kind and generous person and all of his "good points" come from her.
