He's a proud family man
In Pictures: Mrs. Brown's Boys star Danny O'Carroll and family
He plays the loveable role of Buster Brady and is not actually part of the clan on Mrs Brown’s Boys, but actor Danny O’Carroll is a true family man in real life.
Son of the brains behind the show Brendan O’Carroll, Dublin actor Danny is married with a family, unlike his on-screen character Buster.
Danny’s wife is none Mrs Browns Boys co-star Amanda Woods, who plays Betty on the show. The pair said ‘I do’ and tied the knot in front of friends and family twelve years ago back in 2007.

The pair have two sons together, 12-year-old Jamie and nine-year-old Blake. As is tradition with Mrs Brown’s Boys, the boys have followed the footsteps of their older family members and have appeared on the BBC sitcom.
Jamie plays the role of Bono on the hit comedy while Blake made an appearance in the show’s New Year’s special over last year’s festive period, after asking his dad for a role on it for years.
Previously speaking about why it took Blake so long to join the show’s cast when so much of his family members already had roles on it, Danny told Metro UK: “I felt bad for a while actually because he begged and begged for years and years to be on it.
“His older brother plays Bono on the show as well, Mrs Brown’s grandson, he’s his older brother.
“So he always sees his older brother on there, he always sees me on there, his mam plays Betty on the show, so he’s always saying ‘when am I going to get a go?’ So this year, finally grandad gave him his wish and let him have a go.”
A proud husband and father, Danny regularly posts sweet snaps of his close family on social media for special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays and other gatherings.
