Rory Cowan has revealed that he’s turned down RTE’s Dancing With The Stars twice.

The former Mrs. Brown’s Boys star admitted that he was offered to join the show in season 1 and season 2, but he had to turn down the offer both times.

“I was asked for the first series and the second series,” he revealed on The Ray D’Arcy Show.

But Rory explained he was still touring with Mrs. Browns Boys at the time: “So I couldn’t do it,” he admitted.

“I couldn’t do it last year because I was doing the panto,” the 59-year-old explained.

While he was promoting the new Christmas pantomime, Polly and The Magic Lamp, at The Olympia, Rory said he would have a lot to learn when it comes to dancing.

“I would be going in to learn. It’s the only reality show I’d do,” he added.
