Stars of Mrs Brown's Boys and Still Game enjoy dinner together at event in Renfrew hotel

 The event took place at the Glynhill Hotel in Renfrew on Thursday night as part of the re-launch of global tan brand Fake Bake in the UK.

Mrs Brown's Boys star Gary Hollywood and Still Game's Jane McCarry enjoyed a dinner together on Thursday at a special event in Renfrew.

The pair were joined by Scots TikToker and influencer Sophie Cairns, Charlotte Reid, one of the faces of BBC Scotland's reality television programme The Agency: Unfiltered, and Miss Great Britain Amy Meisak at the Glynhill Hotel in the town.

The dinner was part of the re-launch of global tan brand Fake Bake in the UK, the official tanning partner of ITV's Dancing On Ice.

And the drinks were flowing with both Jane, who played gossip Isa Drennan in Still Game, and Gary, who played Deano in Mrs Brown's Boys, getting into character for a quick clip.

In a video posted on social media Jane, as Isa, said: "Oh ho... we've had a good night haven't we? Oh my, at the Glynhill Hotel. There's nothing fake about us is there?"

Gary, as Deano, replied: "Not at all. Fantastic food, fantastic company. And of course she'd [Jane McCarry] turn up to anything if it's free."
