It's time for the infamous hairnet to return, as Agnes Brown, played by Brendon O'Carroll, returns to Glasgow this month for special festive recordings of Mrs Brown's Boys.
Good old Mammy Agnes Brown is back in Glasgow town this month, as the BBC hold special festive recordings for Mrs Brown's Boys in October.
Mrs Brown's Boys, a popular BBC sitcom centred around Agnes Brown - played by the hilarious Brendan O'Carroll - will be in the city this month to film their Christmas and New Year episodes. The phenomenon returns to BBC One in 2022, as the cast film some festive cheer.
Glasgow locals are encouraged to apply for free tickets to be a part of the live studio audience, as filming gets underway in just a few weeks time. Read on below for all the details on when the recordings are, how to get tickets and what to do if you are successful.
When are the Mrs Brown's Boys festive shows?
The dates for the two Christmas episode recordings in Glasgow are as follows:
Thursday, October 20 2022 - 2pm and 6:30pm
Thursday, October 27 2022 - 2pm and 6:30pm
How do I get tickets to the Mrs Brown's Boys shows?
Tickets will be allocated to successful applicants by a random draw. You can register for free tickets at any time up until 10pm on Thursday, October 7 2022.
You can apply for a maximum of two tickets per recording. If you are successful in the random draw you will only receive tickets for one recording and these tickets will be non-transferable.

Are there any restrictions in place for the show?
People have been asked to be aware of the coronavirus restrictions ahead of production. The BBC stated: "In the lead up to the production, to help minimise the spread of coronavirus we ask that you do not attend the show, if you begin to develop any of the symptoms of coronavirus or if you have come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus.
"If you have registered for tickets on behalf of your friends and family, we ask that you also let them know to stay at home if they need to."
All ticket holders and guests must bring valid photo ID along to the recording. Copies of photo ID or ID that has expired are not acceptable
