Mrs. Brown's Boys Open Pop-Up Shop For SVP

St. Vincent de Paul has opened a pop-up cookie shop in town this afternoon.

It aims to raise much needed funds for the charity this Christmas.

Brendan O’Carroll and Mrs Brown’s Boys have teamed up with East Coast Bakehouse for this unique fundraiser.

It just opened this lunchtime and it will stay open for the next week - right up until Christmas eve.

Brendan told us why it's so important for him to get involved:

The Pop-up shop at the corner of St Stephen’s Green and Grafton Street will be staffed by the charities volunteers.

Rose McGowan, National President of SVP outlines why a fundraiser like this is vital:

The charity says that every cent raised through the pop-up shop will go into it’s services.
