Danny and Amanda went out for some food and drinks to celebrated her birthday

He first posted a picture with his fellow Mrs Brown's Boys star and wife on his Instagram stories.

In this picture, the pair were out for some drinks and Amanda was wearing a gorgeous leopard printed top while Danny was in a checkered shirt.

He captioned this sweet snap saying: "Only hours before she says goodbye to her 30s."

Later he also shared another picture but on his Instagram feed from one of their holidays.

In this snap, Amanda was sporting a beautiful pink and white shirt and Danny was in a simple black shirt with some black sunglasses on as well.

FABULOUS FORTIES

While another follower also commented saying: "Happy birthday, welcome to forties…all the best!"

This comes after Danny recently revealed how he lost over a stone in just 37 days.

The actor, who plays Buster Brady in the hit BBC sitcom, explained how packing on the pounds started getting him down in lockdown.

But since taking the leap and getting active, Danny said that he already feels better in himself.

He said: "Yeah I'm delighted with myself. It was a bit of hard work but I'm getting there.

"I'm not there yet but I will get there, I'm determined to get where I want to be so a little bit more work yet.

"I put on a lot of weight over the lockdown. The first lockdown I went and I bought a bike and I started trying to cycle for a while and I got really fed up with it.

"I wasn't a man for going to gyms or anything like that so I put on a lot of weight then over lockdown and I was disgusted with myself.

"All the shows got cancelled again this year and that's one of the reasons I started doing the workouts because I was sitting at home doing nothing.

"I was starting to feel sorry for myself, getting down and it sort of gave me a kick up the a**e to start going again and do something to feel good about myself.

"I never weighed as heavy in my life so I decided to invest in a treadmill."
