Caitlyn Jenner reveals on Mrs Brown’s Boys that she did Vanity Fair shoot at home because she ‘couldn’t go out

Caitlyn Jenner admitted she did the Vanity Fair shoot at her house because she ‘couldn’t go out’.

The former athlete will open up in a candid chat with Brendan O’Carroll on a Mrs. Brown’s Boys Special on Saturday Night.

In a sneak peek clip on ITV’s Lorraine, Caitlyn admitted that she had everything organised for when she came out as transgender.

‘When I came out everything was kind of organised, I had all my social media set up for when the cover of Vanity Fair came out,’ she said in the clip.

‘It came out online first, but when I did the Vanity Fair shoot, for me it was absolutely amazing.

‘I did it in my house because I couldn’t go out, I had never had my hair done, I had never had my make-up done, never had a wardrobe. Anything I got I had to steal.’

When asked about seeing the Vanity Fair Cover for the first time, Caitlyn added: ‘When I saw it, it was like I was looking at myself for the first time.

’ The scenes are set to air when the show returns on 21 March and ends with a trip down the pub for Caitlyn and Agnes, who are seen slow-dancing together in early teaser pics.

Also on the show, Agnes asks Caitlyn her to ‘talk about Kim Kardashian and that ‘big a**e’ (referring to Kayne West).

Laughing it off, Caitlyn tells Agnes that she’s been ‘very blessed’ to have had 10 children over the years – Burton and Cassandra with first wife Chrystie Scott; Brandon and Brody Jenner from their marriage to Linda Thompson; and Kylie and Kendall with Kris Jenner.

They’ll be joined on the show by John Barrowman, who brings his mum and dad on the show to be grilled by the Irish Mammy.

The Script will be musical performers on the oddball chatshow.

All Round To Mrs Brown’s returns Saturday 21 March on BBC One.
